At Bot Squad, we believe the strongest teams are built on collaboration and shared knowledge. Our unique multi-age structure fosters an incredible environment of peer-to-peer learning. High school veterans don't just compete; they mentor, guide, and inspire our middle and elementary school members.
Watch our older students patiently explain coding concepts to younger teammates, help troubleshoot a tricky robot mechanism, or share competition strategies. This hands-on mentorship builds confidence, leadership skills, and a deep sense of community across all age levels.
